Cynthia Frank

Cynthia Frank is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in managing operational processes and teams within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Performing Support Services at Mr. Cooper since November 2014, Cynthia oversees various teams, including MERS, Lien Release, and Service Release, while also managing relationships with custodians and developing process transition strategies. Prior to this role, Cynthia was Vice President of Foreclosure at Bank of America, where a significant reduction in document backlog was achieved through process redesign. With prior experience in various managerial positions at Saxon Mortgage, Bank of America, Countrywide Financial Services, and USAA, Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
