Matthew Gasparich has a strong background in corporate development and investment banking. Matthew currently holds the position of Vice President of Corporate Development at MRC since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Corporate Development at DMG Entertainment from May 2017 to March 2021. Matthew also gained experience as a Summer Intern at the United States Commercial Service, U.S. Embassy Paris in 2016, where they advised French companies on investment opportunities in the U.S. In addition, they worked as a Senior Manager of Corporate & Business Development at Relativity Media from October 2010 to July 2015. Furthermore, Matthew has worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS from September 2009 to July 2010, and as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in the Generalist Program at UBS in the summer of 2008. Matthew began their career with a Summer Internship at Citi in 2007.
Matthew Gasparich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the USC Marshall School of Business from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Foreign Service with a concentration in Global Business and Finance at Georgetown University from 2015 to 2017.
