Russell Smith

Russell Smith currently serves as the Managing Director for North America at MRI Software since November 2022. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of Deal Advisory & Strategy - Mergers & Acquisitions Leader at KPMG US from July 2021 to December 2022. Russell has extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector, having been the Chief Product & Supply Chain Officer at Ingenious Med from July 2018 to December 2021. Earlier in his career, Russell served as Senior Vice President and Operations Executive at McKesson, Vice President of Operations & Sourcing Executive in Managed Services at the same company, and Assoc. Vice President/GM for AT&T Business Solutions from October 2011 to March 2013. Russell’s career began at BellSouth where various leadership and management positions were held from July 2002 to January 2011. Academically, Russell holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an MBA from Clark Atlanta University, as well as a BS in Finance from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. Additional educational credentials include studies at the University of St. Thomas.
