Joi Patrick

Joi Patrick is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and diversity recruitment. As SVP Director of Human Resources at MRM since May 2017, Joi has provided innovative HR solutions, focused on employee engagement and retention, and successfully implemented Learning and Development programs. Prior to this role, Joi served as Human Resources Director and National Diversity Recruitment Lead at DigitasLBi_US, managing recruitment efforts and leading initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion within the workplace. Joi's career also includes positions as HR Compliance Coordinator at an Educational Consulting Firm and HR Generalist Intern at GMAC. Joi holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, both from Michigan State University.
