Joe Lyons

Joe Lyons is a skilled technology professional with experience in application support and analysis. Currently serving as an Application Support Senior Analyst at MRO since October 2021, Joe is responsible for providing first-line technical support, resolving issues, and collaborating with various teams. Prior to this role, Joe gained valuable experience as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Ursinus College, assisting students with lab activities, and as a Summer Fellow, analyzing trends in math placement exam data. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ursinus College, where education was completed from August 2017 to May 2021, following graduation from Salesianum School.
