Will Ruppenthal

Will Ruppenthal has extensive experience in implementation services and interoperability, currently serving as Manager at MRO since March 2015. In this role, Will Ruppenthal oversees software implementation for clients nationwide, including onboarding, installation, training, and ongoing technical support. Prior to this, Will Ruppenthal held positions from Implementation Specialist to Senior Implementation Specialist, focusing on technical workflows and ensuring system collaboration. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Administrator, conducting audits and compiling performance reports, and as Remote Services Administrator, ensuring compliance with HIPAA for the disclosure of protected health information. Will Ruppenthal also has a background as a Computing Lab Consultant at the University of Pittsburgh, where responsibilities included preparing computer labs and setting up equipment. Will Ruppenthal earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nonfiction English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh in 2014.
