Mauricio Roque possesses extensive experience in the aeronautics field, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Aeroman since July 2002, along with roles as Chief Engineer and Structures Engineer. In academia, Mauricio held multiple positions as a Structures Repairs Professor and Aeronautical Structures Professor at Universidad Don Bosco from 2019 to 2023. Mauricio's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas', completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, obtained in 2000.
