Nsia Humphrey Shoo has been with MS TCDC since February 2016. Nsia is currently holding the position of Learning and Training Administrator, and previously held the title of Program Administrator at MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MS TCDC).

MS-TCDC is a Training Centre for Development Cooperation in Eastern and Southern Africa. We are situated close to Arusha in Northern Tanzania (East Africa). MS TCDC offers Short courses. Academic programs and Tailor-made courses. Workshops and Conferences run concurrently in a lively international atmosphere promoting sharing of experience and cross-cultural discussions. Excellent facilities together with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere make it an ideal place for reflection and learning.
