MS TFI S.A. manages MARS Closed-End Investment Fund (MARS FIZ) and MS PARASOLOWY Open-End Investment Fund. 

MARS FIZ manages a portfolio of 10 companies which operate in the shipbuilding, offshore and ship repair industry (MARS Shipyards & Offshore) and also in the real estate market ( MARS Real Estate). A key objective of the Fund is to increase the value of assets held through, amongst others, the implementation of corporate recovery and investment projects  in portfolio companies.
The Fund's assets are subject to regular quarterly valuation carried out with the participation of an external auditor and under the responsibility of the depository bank.  

MS PARASOLOWY OPEN-END INVESTMENT FUND (MS PARASOLOWY FIO) is an umbrella fund that contains 3 sub-funds:  MS Stabilnego Dochodu (stable income fund), MS Obligacji (bond sub-fund) and MS Akcji (equity sub-fund). 
MS Parasolowy Fund invests monies through a public offer to purchase share in securities and money-market instrument as well as other property rights specified in the Act and in the Articles of Association.
Thanks to the separating three sub-funds, MS Parasolowy offers a diversified investment strategy – from the safest to aggressive – depending on individual expectations. The fund’s offer includes, among others, management of Employee Pension Schemes (PPE) and individual retirement accounts – IKE and IKZE.
