Rich Sanoske, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rich currently serves as the Vice President - Growth and Strategy Mission Support Solutions at MSA Security, where they collaborate with the Allied Universal global leadership team to drive strategy. Prior to this, they worked at CACI International as a Senior Capture Executive, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in C4ISR, RF and free-space optical communications, spectrum management, and cyberspace operations. Before that, Rich held leadership positions at TRIPLE CANOPY, INC., where they successfully led strategic captures and played a crucial role in business development. Earlier in their career, they founded and served as CEO / President of Eagle Executive Services International, a consulting firm specializing in specialized consulting services for commercial and government customers. Rich also has a distinguished military career, retiring as a Sergeant Major from the US Army Special Operations after 20+ years of active duty service.
Rich Sanoske, MBA, completed their Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from George Mason University in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Security Management - Terrorism Studies from American Military University in 2006. Furthermore, they earned a Special Forces (S.F.) degree in Unconventional Warfare from Pineland University in 1993.
