Amy Akahoshi

Amy (Takako) Akahoshi is an experienced professional in business development and risk management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at MS&AD Ventures since April 2024, where the focus is on collaborating with startups to introduce their products to the Japanese market, particularly in HR and human capital. Since December 2022, Amy has also held the position of Senior Consultant at MS&AD InterRisk Research & Consulting, Inc., specializing in business continuity management by establishing BCP/BCM strategies for corporate clients and conducting seminars for local governments. Previously, from April 2008 to November 2022, Amy worked at Gaba Corporation in various roles, including Corporate Sales Manager, where responsibilities encompassed sales management and marketing strategies. Amy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education and Human Sciences from Yokohama National University and studied at San Diego State University.
