Jeffrey Stern

Jeffrey Stern currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at MSCI Inc. since October 2019, overseeing Global Commercial Legal and Compliance while also holding the title of Managing Director and co-founding the All Abilities Employee Resource Group. Prior to this role, Stern worked at Morgan Stanley from July 2000 to September 2019 as Executive Director, with responsibilities covering technology in Legal and leading a team in Compliance focused on infrastructure. Earlier in Stern's career, positions included Senior Associate at Latham & Watkins and Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Stern holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and an AB in Social Studies from Harvard University.
