Michelle Davidson

Michelle Davidson is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent management and leadership development. Currently serving as Executive Director at MSCI Inc. since December 2011, Michelle leads the Internal Talent Marketplace and Mobility as well as holds a certification in coaching. Prior roles at MSCI include leadership in talent planning and HR business partnerships. Michelle's previous experience includes significant HR positions at Goodwin Procter LLP and Barclays Capital, as well as a lengthy tenure at Lehman Brothers in various HR roles. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Barnard College and has further education from Columbia University.
