Director Industry Partnerships at Ministry of Social Development (MSD)

Amanda Nicolle has extensive experience in developing industry partnerships and driving funding initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Industry Partnerships at the Ministry of Social Development since April 2013, Amanda leads a team to create sustainable job opportunities and training for disadvantaged individuals in collaboration with private and public sector partners. Previously, as the National Manager of Industry Partnerships, Amanda managed a national team to engage with major employers and training organizations to facilitate employment opportunities. Prior roles include Manager of Sponsorship & Development at the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, where Amanda successfully managed sponsorship portfolios and events, and Funding and Business Development Manager at the Child Cancer Foundation, focusing on promoting awareness and securing funding to support families affected by childhood cancer. Amanda's education includes attending Samuel Marsden Collegiate.
