María Florencia Aldatz has a diverse work experience history. María Florencia started their career as a Volunteer at the Fundación Bioandina, Jardín Zoológico de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, where they were responsible for feeding and caring for the Andean Condor. María Florencia then worked as a Data collection collaborator at the Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales, UBA, contributing to various research projects related to animal behavior and reproductive success.
In 2010, they joined PAREXEL as a Clinical Trial Specialist I, conducting feasibility studies and assisting with study initiation documentation. María Florencia later worked at ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services as a Clinical Data Manager and Senior Clinical Data Manager, responsible for data management tool specifications and coordinating user acceptance testing.
From 2014 to 2018, María worked at PRA Health Sciences as a Lead Clinical Data Manager, responsible for designing and maintaining data management tools and participating in operational meetings.
In 2018, they joined MSD as an Associate Director - Global Principal Data Manager, and later took on additional responsibilities as the Head Training Coordinator. In 2020, they transitioned to MSD Switzerland as the Associate Director - Operations Manager.
Throughout their career, María has demonstrated strong skills in data management, research coordination, and project planning. María Florencia has also shown a commitment to animal welfare and conservation through their volunteer work.
María Florencia Aldatz completed their MSc in Biology from the University of Buenos Aires between 1999 and 2006. In 2010, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Clinical Research Monitoring from FEFyM (Fundación de Estudios Farmacológicos y de Medicamentos). In the same year, they also completed another postgraduate program in Project Management focused on Clinical Research from IEEC (Instituto de Estudios de Excelencia Competitiva). In 2012, María Florencia Aldatz enrolled in the Executive Presentation Skills Program at Partners Communication.
