Kerry M. McGuire has extensive experience in finance and corporate finance roles. Starting in 1989, McGuire worked as the Vice President of Corporate Finance at Comerica Bank for over a decade. In 2000, McGuire joined Oracle, where they held various roles such as Senior Finance Director, M&A Finance Director, Division Controller, and FP&A Manager until 2015. Following that, McGuire served as the Chief Financial Officer at Doosan Turbomachinery Services from 2016 until 2021. Currently, McGuire holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Mid-States Distributing, LLC since February 2021.
Kerry M. McGuire obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Michigan State University in 1988. Later, Kerry completed an MBA degree from the University of Colorado Denver in 2003.

The Members have approximately 650+ retail store locations throughout the United States and Canada generating over $6 billion of annual retail sales. Our Members merchandise items such as agriculture parts & supplies, petroleum products, tools & hardware, pet food, lawn & garden, animal health supplies, apparel & footwear, sporting goods as well as other products for the Farm, Ranch and Home.
