Currently, at MSI Reproductive Choices, Sophie is the Associate Director - International HR Operations, Head of Transformation and Talent, and Senior Talent & Transformation Partner. Sophie leads conversations on diversity, equality, and inclusion, designs and implements DEI strategies aligned with organizational goals, and provides expert guidance to key stakeholders. In their previous roles, Sophie provided comprehensive HR advice, wrote policies, managed recruitment processes, payroll data, and employee relations.
