Courtney Lunger is currently serving as a post-doctoral associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology since July 2021 and concurrently works as an intern at Angell Animal Medical Center since June 2020. Previous experience includes serving as a student coordinator at the Referral Center for Animal Models of Human Genetic Disease from January 2017 to December 2018, and completing an internship as a SALAR Vivarium Intern at Merck in the summer of 2018. Additionally, Courtney Lunger was a NIH/Boehringer-Ingelheim Veterinary Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania in the summer of 2017 and held a summer internship at the Texas Biomedical Research Institute in June 2015. Educational background includes a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine (2016-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Carleton College (2012-2016).
