Kristen Behrens is a dedicated veterinary professional with a strong background in veterinary medicine and surgery. Currently serving as a Veterinary Surgery Resident at Angell Animal Medical Center since July 2023, Kristen has previously held positions as a Surgery Specialty Intern at VCA ASEC and an Associate Veterinarian at Angell Animal Medical Center. Early career experience includes roles as a Veterinary Assistant at German Village Veterinary Hospital, Care Pet Clinic, and Animal Medical and Emergency Hospital. Additionally, Kristen has diverse experience in customer service and food preparation from positions at Bath & Body Works, The Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens, The Marketplace on Neil, and The Ohio State Union Market. Kristen holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the same institution.
