Melanie Kiely is a professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. They currently hold positions as Chief Executive Officer at MSWA and Non Executive Director at National Disability Services and AIA Health Pty Ltd. Previously, they served as a Non Executive Director at AFG Australian Finance Group and Good Sammy Enterprises, as well as in various other non-executive roles in organizations such as the Black Dog Institute and Silver Chain Group. Melanie Kiely also has a strong educational background, having completed programs at Harvard Business School and the AICD, as well as holding a degree in Psychology and HR from the University of Cape Town.
