Andrew Hoefer

Andrew Hoefer is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the SVP, Commercial Process & Analytics Lead at M&T Bank since August 2023, where responsibilities include performance measurement, analytics, process improvement, and data visualization. Previously, Andrew held key roles at Fifth Third Bank as a Senior Financial Analyst and Sr LOB Reporting Analyst, managing data analytics and developing scorecards for senior leadership.
