Barlow Savidge

Barlow Savidge currently serves as the Executive Director of the Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority, a position held since May 2019. With extensive expertise in healthcare and senior living tax-exempt financing, Barlow Savidge also works as a Managing Director at M&T Bank, a role assumed in March 2009. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. from September 2005 to March 2009, and as Principal at Legg Mason from December 1997 to September 2005.
