Dominique Goss

Dominique Goss currently serves as the Executive Director of M&T’s Charitable Foundation, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Dominique Goss spent over a decade at TD, progressing through various positions including Senior Group Manager, Senior Manager of Strategy & Social Impact, and Community Relations Manager, where responsibilities included connecting corporate giving resources to address social issues and coordinating volunteerism in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Dominique Goss began a career in banking with Citizens Bank as an Assistant Store Manager. Educational achievements include an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a B.B.A. in Marketing from Fox School of Business at Temple University, along with leadership development through the DiverseForce on Boards program at the University of Pennsylvania.
