Jessica Paulin

Jessica Paulin serves as the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at M&T Bank since October 2020. Previously, Jessica held the position of Counsel at Delaware North Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included reviewing commercial contracts and providing legal advice on corporate governance. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Nixon Peabody, focusing on public finance transactions and municipal bonds, and serving as a Law Clerk at Patberg, Carmody & Ging, P.C., where legal drafting and research were primary tasks. Jessica began the legal career with an internship at Livingston County Family Court. Jessica holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from SUNY Geneseo.
