Rob Hazard is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and relationship management. Currently serving as Group Manager - Commercial Banking SVP at M&T Bank since April 2022, Rob leads a team dedicated to providing exceptional banking experiences across the Northeast. Previously, Rob held significant roles at People's United Bank, including Region Manager Commercial Banking SVP and Team Leader, focusing on diverse industries such as manufacturing, agribusiness, and healthcare. Other notable positions include Vice President at Citizens Financial Group and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., as well as Associate at Goldman Sachs Group. Rob holds an MBA in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a BA in History and Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
