Stephanie Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Reporting at M&T Bank since July 2015, Stephanie defines metrics and analytics to enhance recruiter efficiency and collaborates with executives to establish diversity recruitment strategies. Previous roles at M&T Bank included Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where research on applicant tracking systems was conducted. Prior to M&T Bank, Stephanie worked as a Compliance Analyst at Chevron, focusing on corporate compliance, and held various operational and educational positions, including Field Operations Supervisor at the U.S. Census Bureau and English Teacher at the YMCA of Greater Houston. Stephanie holds an MBA in Global Human Resources Management from the University of Houston and a BA in History from the same institution.
