Shiv Rattan

Shiv Rattan's work experience began in 2000 as a System Administrator at Prosoft Services India Pvt. Ltd. Shiv then moved on to become a System Administrator at Innsol Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from July 2002 to May 2003. After that, they worked as the Manager - IT at Creative Home Fashions Pvt. Ltd. from June 2003 to February 2008. From February 2008 to October 2010, Shiv Rattan was a Sr. System Administrator at Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Limited, where they managed server environments and performed various configurations and installations. Currently, Shiv Rattan is the Head - IT & ERP at Mtandt Group, responsible for administration, change management, CRM applications, and user training and support.

Shiv Rattan has a B.Sc. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. They also hold various certifications including MS Specialist-Dynamics AX 2012 R3 T&L, MS Azure Associate, MCTS, MCSE, MCSA, and MCP. In addition, Shiv Rattan has obtained certifications in HubSpot Sales Software, Computer System/Cyber Security from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google, Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft, and Microsoft Specialist: Microsoft Dynamics AX Trade and Logistics. They have also obtained a certification in Microsoft Technology Specialist: MOSS 2007.
