Harry Porter is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in delivering people strategies and managing HR operations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at MTC since April 2019, Harry provides HR counsel aligned with organizational goals, supports executive decision-making with data-driven insights, and ensures compliance with HR policies. Prior roles include Head of HR - Operations at MTC, where Harry led a team of HR Business Partners and managed union relations, as well as HR Business Partner and HR Manager positions at Amey, focusing on strategic people planning and recruitment initiatives. Harry began a career in HR consulting with Hays, specializing in civil and structural engineering. Educational qualifications include a BA Hons degree in Communications from Bournemouth University.
