Danielle Thiele is an experienced professional in community development and program management with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Youth Frontiers Program Manager at MTC Australia since November 2019, Danielle leads a team focused on providing support and mentoring to young people in South Western Sydney and Western Sydney, while facilitating workshops on various important topics. Prior to this role, Danielle held positions such as Community Development Officer at Woodville Alliance Ltd, where responsibilities included program facilitation, outreach services, and administrative support. Danielle also has experience as an Office Manager and Accounts Assistant at Creating Links (NSW) Ltd, and has worked in various administrative and accounts roles across different organizations. Danielle holds a Diploma of Counselling from the Australia Institute of Business and Innovation and a Diploma in Family and Community Services. Additionally, Danielle possesses a Certificate 3 in Graphic Design from TAFE NSW.
