Shawn Dwyer

Shawn Dwyer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and mobility sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of IT and Engineering at MTech Mobility since February 2024, Shawn previously held various leadership roles at TooJay’s Deli • Bakery • Restaurant from January 2011 to February 2024, including Director of Information Technology and Sr. Director of Information Technology. Earlier career milestones include a tenure at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. from April 1997 to November 2010, where Shawn served as General Manager. Education includes an Associate degree in Business Administration from Broward College, earned between 1996 and 2000.
