Senior Director, HR & Financial Systems at MTM

Gary Copeland has had extensive work experience in various roles and positions.

Gary started their career at General American Life Insurance as a Distributed Systems Analyst in 1998.

After that, they worked at Bound Tree Medical, where they held the positions of Support Analyst II and Systems Administrator. Gary was responsible for providing tier I and tier II support, troubleshooting network issues, and maintaining security access.

In 2005, Gary joined XTRA Lease LLC as a Help Desk Analyst, where they provided frontline support for computing systems and troubleshooting network connectivity.

Gary then moved on to work at Le Cordon Bleu College / Sanford Brown College as an Information Technology Manager, overseeing network, server, and desktop operations, and procuring technology resources for both campuses.

In 2011, they joined Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - St Louis as the Manager of Procurement/Facilities/Technology, where they managed procurement and facility functions and oversaw the IT environment.

Gary later joined Scottrade as a Workstation Tech Supervisor in 2012 before eventually transitioning to their most recent role at MTM, Inc. There, they held positions as Director of HR Data and Technology, Director of HR & Financial Systems, and currently serves as the Senior Director of HR & Financial Systems.

Gary Copeland attended Colorado Technical University from 2010 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to that, they studied Biology at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management certification in 2014.
