Phil Stalboerger

Phil Stalboerger is an accomplished public affairs professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Phil serves as a Partner at Weber Johnson Public Affairs since November 2023. In addition, Phil has held the position of Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at MTM, Inc. since October 2013. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Government Relations and Policy Advisor at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP from February 2012 to October 2013, and as Vice President of Policy & Legislative Affairs at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota from November 1999 to January 2012, where Phil also held the role of Director of Legislative Affairs. Phil began a career in public service as Legislative Director for the MN Department of Commerce in 1999, following a tenure as Commerce Committee Administrator in the Minnesota Senate from 1996 to 1999. Academic qualifications include a BA in Political Science from Saint John's University and an MA in Public Administration from Hamline University.
