Prior to his appointment as Vice President WECA, he was the CEO of MTN Ghana, a position he held from July 2015 to September 2017. Before his appointment as CEO of MTN Ghana, Ebenezer was the CEO of MTN Rwanda. For both operations, he was responsible for providing sound human resource leadership and ensuring financial and organizational profitability and sustainability of the operating units.
