Mohamed Diop

Mohamed Diop has over 15 years of experience in human resources and customer service, currently serving as a Recruitment and Planning Specialist at MTN Guinea since March 2008. Responsibilities include developing recruitment plans, managing job postings, overseeing employee mobility for transfers and promotions, and facilitating new employee onboarding. Previously, as a Training and Evaluations Coordinator, Mohamed was responsible for training new customer service representatives and monitoring the implementation of internal procedures. Earlier experience includes working as a Call Center Agent and a commercial agent at Scipreg. Mohamed holds a Master's degree in Public Law from Université de Sonfonia Conakry, completed in 2006, and graduated from U.G.A.N.C in 2006.
