Chief Technical & Information Officer at MTN Rwanda

Mohamad Kiwan has had extensive experience in the telecommunication industry, particularly with MTN Rwanda, MTN Benin, and MTN Ghana. Mohamad began their career with MTN Ghana in 2003 as a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and held this role until 2007. Following this, they joined MTN Benin in 2008 as a CTIO. More recently, they took up the position of Chief Technical & Information Officer at MTN Rwanda in 2017.

Mohamad Kiwan attended Harvard Business School from 2007 to 2008, where they pursued a Professional Leadership Development (PLD) program. Prior to that, they studied Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Beirut Arab University in Lebanon, earning a BSC degree from 1989 to 1994. Mohamad completed their secondary education at Makassed Secondary School, earning a Baccalaureate degree with a focus on Math and Physics.
