Shilpa Bhat

Shilpa Bhat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving in the Mu Sigma Leadership (Founder's Office) as Business Unit Lead, Shilpa oversees the Healthcare Business Unit, managing key pharma accounts across various clinical development areas including Oncology, Immunology, and Neuroscience. Responsibilities include training and development, organization-building initiatives, and employee engagement. Previously, Shilpa held the position of Principal Scientist at Biocon, leading a team in the development of novel biologics and processes, along with extensive hands-on work in bioreactor process development and regulatory compliance. Shilpa holds a Bachelor's degree from St Joseph's University and a Master's degree in Biotechnology from Bangalore University.
