Irwan Thaib

Irwan Thaib is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across the energy sector. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Business Services and Sr. Manager of HR and Services at Mubadala Petroleum, Irwan oversees office management functions, CSR programs, stakeholder relations, and business operations compliance, while managing a team of over 15 employees. Previously, as Country Human Resources Manager for Mubadala Petroleum Indonesia, Irwan positioned HR as a strategic partner and led the implementation of HR strategies and services. Irwan's prior roles include Capability Development Manager at Pearl Energy, Learning and Development Manager at Premier Oil, and several key positions at BPMIGAS, Ausindo Human Capital, High Management Consultant, and PT. Indofarma. Irwan holds multiple degrees, including a Master's degree in Energy, Economics, and Environment from ENI Corporate University, an MBA from Universitas Gadjah Mada, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Psychology at the University of Indonesia.
