Mohammad Shakira

Mohammad Shakira is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Production Supervisor and Deputy Offshore Installation Manager at Mubadala Energy since May 2020. Responsibilities include Operations Readiness & Assurance for the Pegaga project, focusing on safe operations, cost optimization, and the transition from development to steady state production. Prior roles include Operations Lead at Hess Corporation, where Mohammad facilitated project readiness and operational stabilization, and Offshore Production Supervisor at Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Co. Sdn Bhd, managing large-scale production facilities with a strong emphasis on HSE compliance. Earlier experience includes leading production operations at RasGas Company Limited and serving as an Operation Technician at PETRONAS CARIGALI SDN BHD. Mohammad is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Project and Facility Management with Honours at Open University Malaysia, expected to be completed in March 2025.
