Aidan Millar

Aidan Millar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analytics and strategy across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Data, Advanced Analytics & AI at Mubadala, Aidan is responsible for implementing the enterprise data and AI strategy to optimize the Investment Life Cycle. Prior roles include EVP and Chief Data & Analytics Officer at DNB, where Aidan led a team to create substantial value through real-time analytics, and SVP Head of Data Engineering & Advanced Analytics at Bank of the West, focusing on data solutions for revenue growth and regulatory compliance. Aidan has a strong background in corporate strategy and change management from tenure at Central Pacific Bank and has held significant leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., PwC, and Arthur Andersen. Aidan holds an MBA from the University of Hawai‘i and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mathematics from the University of Bristol.
