Alia Ciumac is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Mubadala since June 2022. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Sales & Marketing for E-Commerce in the Middle East at Robert Walters, where Alia also held positions as Senior Consultant and Recruitment Consultant from May 2018 to June 2022. Previous roles include Recruitment Consultant at Benson & Winch, International Recruitment Consultant at Approach People Recruitment, and Recruitment Researcher in the Accountancy & Finance division at Robert Walters. Alia began their career as a Communication Assistant at LEXLOR and Character Education Partnership. Alia holds a Master 2 in Management de Projets Internationaux from Sorbonne University and has attended both Georgetown University and American University for further education.
