Amanda Busch serves as General Counsel at Mucker Capital since February 2022, bringing extensive legal experience in their role. Prior to this, Amanda Busch was a Corporate Lawyer at Cooley LLP from January 2011 to January 2022, where expertise included advising emerging and high-growth companies on corporate governance and securities issues. Earlier career roles include Legal Research Assistant at San Francisco Superior Court from September 2009 to July 2010 and Audit Associate at KPMG from September 2003 to September 2006. Amanda Busch earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School (2006-2009) and holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from Baylor University (1998-2003).
