Jim Aris currently serves as the Executive Director and Head of Equity Trading - Agency Lending Solutions at MUFG Investor Services, a position held since July 2021. With extensive experience in agency securities lending, Jim previously held the role of Director at Deutsche Bank, leading the EMEA & APAC Agency Securities Lending Business from December 2009 to April 2021, where the division was recognized as the leading liquidity solutions provider for four consecutive years. Earlier in the career, Jim led equity trading at Dresdner Kleinwort and contributed significantly to the development of agency securities lending products at Deutsche Bank in various capacities since 1995. Jim's career began at RBS International, where foundational experience in securities services was gained. Educational qualifications include a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance from Havering Technical College and a Securities Representative certification from The Securities and Futures Authority Limited.
