Danielle Ramos is a seasoned HRIS and payroll management professional with extensive experience in directing and overseeing human resource information systems and payroll functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources Information Technology at MultiPlan since October 2016, Danielle is responsible for managing HRIS activities and ensuring the efficient operation of payroll. Previous roles include Manager of Payroll & HRIS at Wilton Brands and Phonak, where responsibilities encompassed multi-state payroll processing and operational streamlining. With a career beginning as a Call Center Assistant Supervisor at AAA Chicago Motor Club, Danielle has built a robust skill set in payroll practices, HRIS maintenance, and team leadership. Academically, Danielle holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice.
