Kylie Osborne is a highly experienced professional in community development and partnership management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Community & Partnerships at MS Plus since November 2022. Previously, Kylie held the position of Community Development Manager at Frasers Property Australia, where the focus was on creating thriving environments.
