Adam Gingell

Adam Gingell is an experienced professional in the construction and commercial management sector, currently serving as Deputy Project Director and Senior Commercial Manager at Multiplex since January 2009. Adam has led significant projects such as the DAMAC Tower and the Versace interior-designed AYKON London One, in addition to managing the commercial aspects of the £70 million Cartwright Gardens student accommodation and the £16 million 125 Wood Street office project. Adam's expertise includes managing procurement processes and final accounts, forecasting risks and opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Prior to joining Multiplex, Adam gained experience as a Quantity Surveyor at Brookfield Multiplex and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University of the West of England.
