Rachel Surgeon

Rachel Surgeon has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations, Global, at Multiplex since July 2009. Rachel has held various HR roles within the company, including Head of Human Resources and HR Manager, as well as Senior HR Advisor for NSW/QLD. Prior to joining Multiplex, Rachel worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Brookfield Multiplex from 2006 to 2009 and briefly as Front Office and Administration Support at The Next Step in 2006. Rachel holds a degree in Economics with Honours in Work and Organisational Studies from the University of Sydney and completed education at Loreto Kirribilli.
