Andrew Olsen

Andrew Olsen currently serves as a GTM at HiPeople since August 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Head of Sales & Customer Success at Searchlight from April 2021 until its acquisition by Multiverse in April 2024, where Andrew contributed to a platform that accelerates hiring processes and improves employee retention. Andrew also held previous positions as Head of Customer Success at Catalyst Software and Customer Success Coach for a coaching program aimed at career elevation in customer success. Additionally, Andrew was an advisor for Catalyst's Customer Led Growth Advisory Board and a Founding Fellow at On Deck. Early career highlights include a managerial role at BlueVolt and a decade-long tenure at Canstaff Employment Services, culminating in leadership positions in business development and partnerships. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University.
