Ricky McCormack

Ricky McCormack is an experienced customer success professional currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Multiverse since January 2025. Previously, Ricky held the position of Founding Customer Success Manager at Humaans, where responsibility included implementing customer-facing policies as the company grew from 50 to 300 customers. Ricky also significantly contributed to AdRoll as a Senior Customer Success Manager, achieving an average of 107% over revenue targets while maintaining the lowest churn rates internationally for three quarters.
