Ralf Stolze has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and leadership. Ralf currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources / Leiter Grundsätze & Personalcontrolling at Flughafen München since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as Senior Director HR / Head of Human Resources LAT Group / Prokurist at Lufthansa Aviation Training GmbH from January 2017 to May 2022. Ralf also served as Director HR / Personalleiter at LSG Sky Chefs from March 2015 to December 2016.
Before joining LSG Sky Chefs, Ralf held various roles at Lufthansa. Ralf was the Leiter Betreuung und Entwicklung Obere Führungskräfte und Führungskräftemanagement Zentralfunktionen from January 2013 to February 2015. Prior to this, they served as the Leiter Betreuung Obere Führungskräfte und Führungskräfte LE C Zentralfunktionen in 2012. Ralf also worked as Referent Personal / Fachgebietsleiter from 2010 to 2011 and as Referent Allgemeine Beratung / Strategie from 2007 to 2009.
Before entering the aviation industry, Ralf worked as a Rechtsanwalt für Arbeitsrecht at BDO Germany from May 2005 to May 2007.
Ralf Stolze's education history includes several degrees and studies. Ralf pursued a Master of Arts degree in Philosophie Politik Wirtschaft from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, which they completed between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, in 2004, they obtained a Master of Laws degree, specializing in Jurastudium, allgemein, from Victoria University of Wellington. Ralf had completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Bonn between 1998 and 2000, where they received their Erstes Staatsexamen degree in Jurastudium, allgemein. Before their time at The University of Bonn, they had attended The University of Göttingen in 1997 to study Jurastudium, allgemein, although they did not obtain a specific degree during this period.
