Paige Freeman

Paige Freeman serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Munich American Reassurance Company since December 2001, where responsibilities encompass acting as the chief legal and compliance officer, managing legal, claims, and treaty departments, and overseeing government relations, in addition to serving on the board of directors. Prior to this role, Paige Freeman was Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Troutman Sanders LLP from 1997 to 2001, with a legal practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters, achieving notable successes including representation of a publicly traded physician management corporation and assisting Munich Re in acquiring life reinsurance operations. Earlier experience includes roles at Heyman & Sizemore, LLP, and the Georgia Insurance Department.
